The product, and product fulfilment, are our top priorities - they are the essential elements that allow all other branches of the company to operate sustainably and successfully. We cover product development of in-house brands owned by Equipe trading, and of out-house brands under license. Through a 'listen-and-improve' culture - based on rider and customer feedback - we improve existing and develop new products.
Logistics and support are vital, second only to the product itself in terms of importance to the company. To coordinate the buying process, to handle inbound shipments from 14 core suppliers based in 7 different countries, and to warehouse and distribute to 45+ countries worldwide - with various drop shipping options, is a significant challenge that requires outstanding organisation to be met.
With product, logistics and support being the core lifeblood of the company - marketing is the magnet that brings awareness to our brands. Central to this strategy is good customer-available information about our products and services. It is necessary to reach potential partners if we are to leverage our efforts to grow together. Equipe Trading has adopted a knowledge-based content marketing strategy with the primary goal of offering both B2B (Business to Business) and B2C (Business to Consumer) customers meaningful information, thereby enabling these to make confident choices in choosing the right products.
